Paying by Zelle
Zelle payments go straight to our Zelle account — no card, no processing fee. Send the order total and put your order number in the memo so we can match your payment to your order.
Enrolled under the name RGNX HEALTH — your bank may show it as that name only.
How to send it
Log in to the bank or credit union app where you're enrolled with Zelle, then choose Send money.
Enter 406-608-7245 as the recipient. Your bank may display the name on the account as RGNX HEALTH.
Use the total on your confirmation email — it already includes the shipping option you selected.
Type your order number (for example RGNX-00001) into the memo or note field. That's how we match your payment to your order.
Include your order number
Put your order number in the Zelle memo — it looks like RGNX-00001. Without it your payment can't be matched to your order and dispatch is delayed until we find you.
It's in your confirmation email
Every order is issued a number the moment you place it, shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to you with your order total. Checkout also copies it to your clipboard so you can paste it straight into the Zelle memo.
