Browse the catalogOur story
RGNX HEALTH supplies research-grade peptides to laboratories and researchers across the United States. The company is independently owned and operated.
We built this catalog around a different premise: the research record behind a compound is more useful than a sales page. Every product carries a reference page assembled from the primary literature — structure, mechanism, evidence base, regulatory status and analytical testing — and where the published evidence is thin, the page says so.
We sell to the research community, and only for research. We would rather lose a sale than make an exception to that.
What we do differently
Everything traces to a primary source
Citations link to PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA documents and journal publishers — not to other vendors. If you want to check a claim, the link is right there.
We report the complete record
Results are reported as published, positive and negative alike. Where a pivotal trial failed, the page says so; where a development program was halted, it says why; where a compound has no published human data, the page says that plainly.
Testing guidance that actually applies
Several products commonly sold in peptide catalogs are not peptides — they are small molecules, nucleosides, lipids, tissue extracts or recombinant proteins. For those, an HPLC peptide-purity percentage is the wrong measurement. Each reference page states what analysis would genuinely establish identity for that specific material.
How peptides are made
Inside an API production facility — solid-phase synthesis, in-process control, purification, and how contamination is kept out.
Peptides are built one amino acid at a time on a solid resin support. Each coupling is followed by a wash and a deprotection step, so the growing chain is purified of unreacted reagents before the next residue is added.
The growing chain is sampled at intervals and checked by mass spectrometry. A failed coupling is caught at the step where it happens rather than at the end, which is what keeps deletion sequences out of the finished material.
The finished chain is cleaved from the resin and precipitated, then purified by preparative HPLC. Fractions are pooled on the basis of analytical purity, not yield — pooling for yield is how a batch loses its purity figure.
Single-use consumables, dedicated lines per compound, and controlled handling of the lyophilised powder. Peptides are hygroscopic, so residual moisture and cross-contact during fill are the two failure points that matter most.
Third-party testing
What identity and purity testing actually establishes — and how to read the certificate that comes with your lot.
Mass spectrometry confirms the molecule is what the label says it is. A purity percentage on its own can look excellent on the wrong molecule — identity is the first question, not the last.
Analytical HPLC gives the percentage of the total peak area accounted for by the target compound. The method, column and gradient all affect the number, so a purity figure is only meaningful alongside the method that produced it.
Every lot carries a certificate of analysis matched to its lot number, available on request. Compare the lot number on the certificate with the lot number on your vial — that is the check that actually verifies your material.
Research-use policy
Research use only — not for human or veterinary use
All RGNX HEALTH products are sold exclusively as research materials for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not sold as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use, or for diagnostic or therapeutic use of any kind. No order is accepted without the purchaser's signed certification that every product will be used solely for lawful laboratory research, and we refuse any order where there is reason to believe otherwise.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this site.
Purchaser certification
Every order requires the purchaser to identify their purchaser type and research application, and to certify by electronic signature that every product will be used solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. Purchasers are responsible for laboratory handling, storage and disposal, and for compliance with all federal, state and local laws and any licensing or institutional requirements that apply to them.
Refusal of sale
We refuse or cancel any order where there is reason to believe a product is intended for anything other than laboratory research. Our staff provide no usage guidance of any kind and do not discuss any use of our products other than laboratory research.
Regulatory status
Each product reference page records the compound's regulatory status as published by the FDA and other regulators, with a link to every source.
